Everyone starts with the same step: a Deal Check on the buyer’s paper, from $750 and priced by deal size. Signed memo in 1 business day, redline in 3, or it’s free. If more deals are coming, Deal Desk puts a lawyer on each one, priced in deal credits.
$750 for a deal up to $150k first-year value · $1,500 for a deal $150k–$300k · $2,500 for a deal $300k+ or a government buyer
Signed memo in 1 business day, redline in 3, the buyer’s pushback reviewed within 2, call prep and a reusable positions playbook.
Start within 30 days and 100% of your Check fee is credited toward your first month.
One agreement plus its schedules. Bigger deal or RFP? Fixed quote within 1 business day.
100% of what you paid for your Check is credited toward your first Deal Desk month if you start within 30 days (60 days if you start your Check by November 30, 2026, through SaaS North). Credited, not refunded. One credit per company.
One credit covers one deal up to $150k: buyer-paper review, memo, redline and one pushback round. A $150k–$300k deal uses 2 credits; $300k+ or government uses 3.
If you use fewer than half your credits two months in a row, we move you down to the smaller plan. You pay for the deals you actually have.
100% of what you paid for your Check is credited toward your first month if you start within 30 days (60 days for SaaS North Checks started by November 30, 2026). Rate locked for 12 months.
Unused credits roll over one month. Right-size promise: if you use fewer than half your credits two months in a row, we move you down to the smaller plan. Cancel any month; rate locked for 12 months. “First response” is an acknowledgment and a first answer, not a resolution time.
Quick questions between deals are included within reason (fair use).
